Wow! How annoying Comcast; the technician finishes up and they're calling me less than an hour later.

This is a Comcast number that can be used for a number of reasons (my latest call from them was about an update to the onscreen guide between 12-6 am).

This call was from Comcast to let me know that my service was restored after an outage.

They called me at 4AM! I didn't answer & the call system didn't identify who it was from, but the voice sounds like one of Comcast's IVR voices. The message it left was about a survey.

I got a call from their computer system and canceled a service call for someone, I don't even have comcast I live in Time Warner Cable land.

I cannot believe how disorganized Comcast is. Just stop with the calling and be real, you bunch of you know what!!!!!!!!

This is Comcast's customer service #, to check up on service ordered. They are PAST annoying and this is bordering on harassment. We changed our cable service from HD to just regular service and I requested they mail me the new box and I'd mail them the HD box back. This cost me $10 each way. The box came 4 days after it was promised, and for those 4 days and now for 6 days AFTER I have installed the new box and returned the old they are calling at least 8 times a day. When I pick the phone up there is no one there (bobo-calling?/ They just called at 8:14 AM and it is illegal to call people before 9 AM in Illinois. If they get the answering machine they will hang up. If I call the number back I get a screeching fax number sound. I have two very elderly parents I am taking care of and when the phone rings all day and night (especially this early) I jump out of my skin fearing something has happened to someone. Why isn't this harassment? And why don't the attorney generals or SOMEONE get a leash on these callers? As someone said above, their arrogance is incredible. What good is a "do Not Call List" if everyone you do business with in some way, and all their affiliates, and all their aunts, uncles, dogs and advertisers still have a free rein to call you to death? People can't solitictic door to door anymore, so why do they have the 'right' to barge into your home via your phone?
