We have been getting calls from this number for several years. Always comes up Toll Free. Goes to voicemail and you can hear a couple of clicks. Then they call back 2 or 3 more times consecutively. We have Comcast and when they legitimately call the caller ID shows Comcast.
I got the call a short time ago. I didn't pick up but it was Comcast and a message was left telling us about a new sports channel that's been added to our sports package and what channel to find it on and a thank you for being a customer.
No idea who this is, they have called me 8 or 9 times today. They are calling me on a cell phone in no way connected to comcast. The voice mail is always the same."Hello, my name is Jeff, we are calling to confrim your account reset from Chicago. If this is correct, please say yes to begin the reset process."First off I don't live in Chicago or anywhere near Chicago, and second I do not even know anyone from Chicago.
THIS IS COMCAST DOING A FOLLOW UP CALL AFTERU PLACE ALL THEY ARE TRY TO GET U TO TAKE A PHONE SURVEY THAT IT
It IS a Comcast number, it was an automated recording just to confirm the technician appointment I had set up for the next day!
these [***] called me at 6 in the morning
Since I don't answer calls that don't look up in my address book, I let this go to voice mail. There was only silence. Then the next day the called again but didn't leave a voicemail.Highly annoying.
called 3 times in a row, did not leave message, picked up on third, some fellow with a thick accent claiming to be a supervisor at Comcast and that my issue had been escalated to him. Nipped the conversation in the bud, not a Comcast customer.
This number with no caller ID keeps calling my cell phone, despite the fact that each and every time it calls, I BLOCK the number. Strange: 1. No ID 2. Gets around my Block option on Verizon cell phone service 3. My message to incoming calls clearly states that if the caller wants me to call back, a voicemail must explain who and why.

It sucks. Scam calls are getting wilder than ever — they’re even spoofing IRCC’s number now.
So when you pick up and hear that little ‘beep…’ at the start, it’s usually a scam.
Just hang up without hesitation

When you answer the call, it seems like there's nobody on the other end. It looked like a number worth blocking. Yes, I did.
