This is comcast indeed. I recently moved and they want me to drive up to a local comcast center to return my old internet_cable box, or "they'll have to charge me up to $500 for it".If that crap were worth anywhere near $500 they'd send a dude in a limo to pick it up at my house. Freaking rip-off.

They called on my cell twice within 2 hrs. I didn't answer because I did not know the number. I called the number back on a different phone and asked if this was comcast he said they were not camcast that they share this number with other marketing companies. What a pain!

This number called me a couple times and I missed the calls. They called again today and it was a representative of Comcast/Xfinity calling to tell me I haven't paid my bill in almost 4 months and I needed to pay the past due amount immediately. So I paid them. It's legit.Majority of ya'll are paranoid

Got the call today. Didn't answer cuz I also didn't recognize #. Googled it and found all your post. Called it back. Recorded celebrity voices of Shaquille O'Neal and Ben Stein came on, followed by employee recorded voice describing a power outage in a city 30 miles south of me, which would not affect me.

Comcast is the guilty party here. They distribute their customer's phone number to a hoard of annoying people that keep calling for various reasons. Some calls simply have no response on the other end and sometimes a person is actually there. DEAR COMCAST... I will never do business with you awful people again. Hope your share of the market goes to heck and a handbasket. Please NEVER Call again!!!

Just got a recorded message from this number informing me that NFL RedZone is now included in my sports & entertainment package.

I am not nor have I ever been a ComCast customer. This is the second call on my unlisted, No-call-list Number. And my cell number o lyrics family has for emergency lies. It scares me when it rings. One more call and I will report them for harrasment and join the class action suit against them. I could use the money.

If this truly is Comcast, I don't understand why they keep calling me...I'm not a Comcast customer and never was one. Go figure.

Received a call from this number. It is indeed Comcast calling about an open ticket.

I have comcast cable and actually carry all their channels and all services they sell including internet and phone services so I could not imagine why they would be calling me. This was the first and only time I ever goit a call from them unsolicited. I answered and there were a few seconds of silence until I said hello. Then a recorded message came on telling me that I now had the NFL redzone channel and could watch more football than any dish or fios customer. The message ended and the line disconnected. It wasn't that bad a call and so far they have only ever called once but I was a little miffed that I could not talk to a human being and tell them never to call me again. If a pattern does develop they could end up like my ex bank (PNC bank). They kept calling with a live person once or twice a week to try and sell my life insurance, mutual funds and other miscellaneous services from them. I used to tell the human being that called that I was on the do not call list. They said that since they were my bank they were allowed to call me since I did business with them. I told tehm I would not do business over the phone and that they should stop calling me. The caller would always say but we are trying to make more productive use of your money for you. Long story short they are my ex bank now. Now sure if it would be as easy but they could be my ex cable company if a pattern develops. Again right now most annoying thing about this call was no option to tell them never to call again.
