This is not chase fraud department. My mother in law didn’t feel comfortable giving out her whole credit card number so she called a bank and they said they made no such call. So beware.

fake. chase dosnt ask for card numbers and ss#’s ever. never ever never ever give your ss# over the phone.

This number is valid..But I called the customer service # on card and they had a note about a questionable charge.The charge was ok.. Does not hurt to check..but call # on card!!!

Got a recoding on our home phone from Chase fraud department reporting fraudulent activity on my card. I was suspicious of this number they told me to call back on so I called the number on the back of my card instead. Chase confirmed there was fraudulent activity and cancelled my card and issued a new one!

I get 5 to 7 calls a day from this "Chase " number. I looked up my account and there are no odd charges. They still call several times a day.

I got a call today from this number - but I didn't hear the recorded message. I googled the number, found this site and I called the number on the back of my credit card. I went through all the security hoops, and it did sound like the final person I spoke to was Filipino. They said there was a huge charge on the card this morning( that did not go through) from tennis express. I have never heard of tennis express. They have canceled the card and I hope to receive a new one in the next few days.

I got a call today...I never had to give them my acct# (they gave me the last 4 digits of my acct#) or any of my ss#. They were calling about an attempt to use my card that was declined for a wrong exp. #. As far as I can see, it's a good number

This is a valid Chase number. Although I did hang up and call the customer service number on my statements.

It is legit, I am signed up for chase fraud through text message on my cell phone.This is the number they give you to respond if you think you have fraudulant charges.

This is a legitimate number used by the Chase CC fraud protection system. You will get a call from them, if their system thinks that a recent credit card transaction could be fraudulent.
