This is fedex, no doubt. They left a voice mail, with a tracking number. This tracking number is a shipment that went out by fedex via Staples. It advised me the delivery will need a signature. It isn't spam.
Received a recorded call that same up FedEx and the call said I had a package coming next day and someone at least 21 had to be here to sign for it. I'm not expecting any package so I'll wait. Also gave a loooooong tracking number I could use.
I recently received a phone call + voicemail from this number in what seems to be a Chinese dialect. I put through reverse google translate and it sounds like it was saying something about a delivery which is weird cause I haven't ordered anything recently. weird
I got an email saying my credit card had expired and they needed an update I never gave FedEx my card number why would I never sent anything by FedEx
possibly part of a online store ratings "brushing" operation.They send stuff to people who get paid to receive it and rate 5 stars.5 stars - Brushing and a few people with too much time.4 stars - sincere praise2,3 - useful criticism / warnings1 star - useful criticism, plus groundless complaints
but every time I pick up the phone a lady is speaking in Chinese? And I am not expecting any package from FedEx.

This is a secret shopper call. Making a simple process hard for customer service agents. They cause you to lose your job. I wish Citibank would do things differently. Thinking about not doing business with them.
