This number appeared on my Telus Call Control list which effectively blocks robo-calls with a challenge-response request. Since I was expecting a delivery, I assume that it was FedEx

Legit call from fedex. I am expecting a package, but I didn't know what carrier. When I called the number back, I spoke with Tanya, a customer rep, who searched the FedEx database and found that I did have a package inbound, from the location where I was expecting it to be sent. The 800 system was easy to use, and the CSR was very helpful. I got the info I needed quickly.

FedEx is disappointing.

This is a FedEx #. They called to notify us of a package delivery. Package delivered with no problem. This is an acceptable service that FedEx offers. I use them most of the time because of this service.

This was a call from FedEx letting me know that a delivery was scheduled for the following day by 7:00pm and gave the tracking number. The message also stated that a signature would be required, and that if nobody would be home I would need to leave a signed note in order for the package to be left.

Received a call at 8 AM. Woke me up. Caller said a package was to be delivered, and a signature was required. I was not expecting a package and none arrived. I'm suspicious. Not sure it is FedEx.

It is a real number and also a spoofed one. Someone just called, saying he is with FedEx but asking questions for which FedEx already knows the answers (do we have a regular pick-up scheduled, etc.). He laughed when I told him I was sure FedEx already has our info. "No, I am with FedEx, just checking everything is ok!" Yah, right.
