It appers the FedEx but is not. I contacted back and local police aslo. Ended up launching formal complaint to canada antifraud - CAFC Fraud Reporting System.

FedEx automated call about an upcoming package delivery (tomorrow) that required a signature. A package that I expected. They DID leave a clear message on voice-mail which the scammers avoid doing. This call was legitimate,

Legit call from FedEx calling to see if I was happy with my account and if anything needed to be updated or changed.

The person identified himself as our account mgr for FedEx & he was just checking to see if he could do anything as his records show we haven't used the account in over a year. I pointed out that his records are incorrect as we ship FedEx on a daily basis. He tried to get me to verify our account number, I said no, you should already have it. Bye, you have a nice day.

1-800-463-3339 Caller ID said "Toll Free" plus the number. I ignored the call. No voice mail left. I find it hard to believe this was a legitimate call from FEDEX.

Thanks I have been expecting a package and I had no idea where it was gonna come from. This was a big help

I think this # has been fished. Came up on caller ID as Not Provided. If were actually Fed Ex it would read Fed Ex.Received call and when answered, hung up. Called Fed X and they had no record of anything.

I believe this is an automated system that calls you when you miss a delivery. I missed a delivery, then this number called and left an automated message saying I missed it along with the date, time, and a time I could pick it up at the FedEx store.

It is Fed Ex... I missed a package too and a woman left a message giving me my package info and other details. :]
