The voice mail left on my phone was offenderconnect.com stating an inmate was trying to reach meI also received a phone call from a jail at 615-832-5003 yesterday I don't know anyone in jail so I added both numbers to my Sprint reject listNot sure if they're related or a coincidence

Hi Robin,Not trying to be rude.....hurts my heart a whole lot less to say I have a wayward son, as that is the truth, he lost his way, and went on a terrible downward spiral that ended up with him being caught up in things that a couple of years ago would never have happened, than it is to say the words, my son is in prison.
If you answer the call either from TX or the 800 you can hit an option to no longer receive calls
you need to see whee all the calls come from they don't all use the same number. Here they call collect first then you can buy time on a card.
I've been receiving calls for two days. I am ready to contact police department. I have no one in jail. This is bull crap. This is harassment.

The person who last had my number apparently has a few friends in the local jail system. This number and several others call me from time to time and the VM is an automated message indicating that I am being asked to accept a message from: and the caller says his name. I don't understand why I get area codes from all over the country (Madison County, AL is the jail that keeps calling), but I've heard that this is because a company that owns various phone numbers contracts with various jails to provide phone service. I've added the number to my auto-reject list on my cell phone. It still leaves the automated message, but it no longer rings.
