It's a collect call service that gives you an option to pay in advance for future collect calls received so not to jump through hoops every time some calls you collect.

This company called 3 times today. Twice squawking "Unknown". Third time squawking this number. I can account for all of my relations and none of them are receiving three hots and a cot courtesy of a correctional facility. Getting to be annoying as hell.
I never give out my cell phone number, so I don't know how anyone has access to it. I heard it ring tonight but didn't bother to get up and check until later and saw this 1-800 number and found this reply form. I live in NY. I don't go on Craigslist or have any resumes on line. Don't know anyone in jail either.
