I got a pre-recorded phone call from 802-230-6357 today at about 12:00 AM . The recording identified herself as "Rachael with Cardholder Services" and told me that there was an urgent matter with my account, but that this urgent matter was not a problem. The only option was to press 1 to be connected to a representative about lowering my interest rate. I told them that I would like to stop calling me and they hung up on me instantly. These people call me twice or three times a week.

DON'T ANSWER CALLS FROM NUMBERS YOU DON'T KNOW - PLAIN AND SIMPLE!As soon as you answer (regardless of what you try to tell them about not being interested or about being on the do not call list) they will know it's a valid number and will continue to call. The Do No Call list only seems to work for valid businesses that actually follow the rules! The scammers and robo-callers obviously don't think the law applies to them.

I keep a whistle on my desk & every time I receive one of these calls I wait for the LIVE person & & blow the hell out of the whistle into the phone. It may be cruel, BUT I'm tired of receiving these scam calls.Maybe if everyone started doing this they would have a difficult time getting scumbags to work for them

These people keep calling me and leave no msgs. I am tired of getting these calls. How do I block them??

I can't believe that I'm reading all these messages and everyone is still trying to figure out how to deal with them or how to talk to them. THERE IS NO WAY TO TALK to these people. JUST DON'T Answer!! Why is that so hard? I use Call Control Call blocker on my android and it works great and every time I get a new number that is not blocked I report it too their community list and block them. So I still get unwanted calls occasionally but when I do I add it to the block list and then my phone never answers a call from them again.Talking to them or telling them anything is a waste of time. They do not dial your numbers, a dialer does and no one ever takes number off the dialer computer. The people on the other end don't give a rats [***] what you are or what you think..they don't care as they are just getting paid by the hour to harass. DO NOT ANSWER.

Just recieved call but did not pick up.

I have received several calls from this number. There is no one on the other end of the phone and the mailbox is full. This has to stop now!!!

I have had several missed calls from this number. I finally answered it today and pressed one to speak with a person. I asked them to please stop calling and the girl stated "Why would I do that?" When I said I was registered on the Do Not Call List, she hung up.

Hey everyone! Do you want these jokers to stop? Try this : The next time they call you , press '' 1'' asinstructed. Wait for their '' phoney '' account manager to come on the line. Tell them you are '' very ''interested in what they have to offer. Keep them on the line as long as possible.{ I once had one personon the phone for 40 minutes }. Give them all phoney information . Let them think they have a sucker buying into their scam. Ask them to explain ''every little detail ' about their services. But be nice , so they do not hang up on you. Then once you have played them , laugh and say '' how do you like my scam '' ?.then hang up. If everyone did this , they would never make any money and go out of business. They useabout 20 different numbers for this robo call scam. I do this everytime they call. I never get called by the same number twice. This is the only sure way to stop them. If everyone did this , The calls will stop.

yes got the call 8/6/2012 didn't answer LOL last time i called back ask to talk with Rachel, kill about 5 min of his time ask him how he liked that
