I receive at least 4 calls per week from them - I have tried being very nice and asking them to not call and before I can finish my sentence they hang up. They adentify themselves as Cardholders Services. I called Tracphone and had to be very persistent in getting them to accept or file a complaint. They continued to tell me to change my number!
I received a call on my cell phone this afternoon. I believe I received a call last week from the same number but could not connect. When I listened to the recording, it was another one of those "Card Holder Services" calls, claiming they can lower my rate on my credit card. The recording said to press "1". I did so. I finally spoke with a woman who argued with me. I told her to take me off their list and not call me any more. I said this was a scam. She laughed and sounded as if she told her co-workers, while laughing, that I thought this was a "scam."She continued arguing with me, asking, "do you even know what this call is about?" I repeated that I did not want to be called. It was eating up my air time. She said that my "bank" provided my number and told me to read a certain section of my bank agreement, where apparently, the bank can provide telephone numbers to this organization. I told her to quit placing blame on my bank; I told her to take my number off of her list. Then, I realized that she was further lying to me because I do not provide my cell phone number to my bank. I was about to say something about this, but she hung up. Couldn't believe what a snot this woman was in the way she argued with me.
Dim-wits didn't even say anything when they called me. What kind of idiot calls and then just silence? If only these people would put as much time and effort into doing something productive!!

They identify themselves as Cardholders Services. I called Tracphone and had to be very persistent in getting them to accept or file a complaint. They continued to tell me to change my number! I continued to not accept this answer explaining FCC recommended, still Tracphone is reluctant. We are dealing with India for customer support as well!
This company is repeatedly calling me about "lowering my interest rate" and they hung up on me when I asked to speak with someone in charge. When I call the number back, it doesn't work. Infuriating.

there has to be a way to get off their calling list. All the do is hang up on me. This is my work cell so I can't block any numbers.
Just got a call from them and told them if they don't stop harassing me I was going to report them to better business and the women called me a [***]. Such nice manners.
Multiple calls and hang ups from these people. Caller ID always says 'Wireless Caller.' Have not tried whacking the Trackphone humans yet. Probably a waste of time but entertaining. Will report to DNC list. Do get about 2-3 automated calls per day asking if I want to lower my credit card bill. Usually their numbers are not listed on caller ID.
