Cardholder Services Scam. Not sure why they can't be stopped.

I received a call from 802-230-6357, they said they were calling from Visa/MasterCard and wanted to know if I wanted a lower credit rate... I spoke with Visa today and they have no record of this call being made... This I do believe is CREDIT CARD FRAUD at its best.... I do believe you need to look into this. I didn't get the call back they said they were going to make after I said I was going to call my credit card co to make sure this was a legitimate call....

THANK YOU! A first step. Just spent 20 minutes with Tracphone, albeit with little satisfaction. They will not do a thing to help. I tried to claim it was my phone, but no luck without the name attached to the account. Maybe I should have tried Rachel. But I must admit, it was a gas doing my telemarketer rant to this chick.

I've done that and they just hang up on me. Rude they can take up my time!

I am getting very tired of these calls. I am on the DO NOT CALL list and want these calls to stop.

I am on a call list for chemical plant and refinery emergencies, and I get these spam calls. I am just waiting to get some info on which company is calling, since they will get a huge invoice. Calls from "Rachel" are about daily. The invoice will be in the hundreds of thousands based on my call out rate, with some major legal backing from some friends in Austin TX

I get multiple calls a day from this company. I use my cell phone for work, so I never know if its a prospect or a crank credit card company calling me. very frustrating!!

again and again, something has to be done, i reported again with the fcc Rachle is very annoying!!!!!

Called trackphone 800-867-7183 and reported phone number 802-230-6357 - Confirmation number 1120503382 10 days from today 5/7/12 they will take me off of their call list. telling them that you are going to report to FCC they are more than willing to take you off your list.Thank you
