I got a call today. It was the second, the first occuring about a year ago. They said they had a restraining order, and left a reference number. I called back, and they asked me if I lived at a certain address in 2005, and I said yes. I also said I was the victim of identity theft, that I had worked for the bank from which I allegedly took a loan and absconded without paying. I advised that I was on SSD and had been for years and that no one at Wells Fargo would have given me a loan. Then he said okay maam, I'll put that in your file. He was not as high handed as the call a year ago for a totally different plaintiff. I told them then that I was a retired District Attorney for the State of New York, and that I would sue their pants off and that was the last I heard. Now today they were nice, and did not get any personal info from me. They are scammers. Don't listen or respond just tell them to sue away and you never hear from them again.

Before I could get to the phone it kicked on the recorder and I heard the same thing everyone else did. Person calling claimed to be special investigator and by that time I picked up the phone. Claimed I had a legal complaint and pending restraining order. I got all their info 1st, Dockets and Liens and Seizures from S.Carolina. I told her it had to be indentify theft because no way I have a restraining order on me. I said either that or this is a major scam. Gave me the same 803.369.3108 number to call. I did search on company name first and found this. Not going to call them back, just will file complaint with Atty Gen office.

I got a call today from Amy Stewart, Special Investigator, for my ex-husband who has never lived at my address, nor had my phone number. She said she was calling regarding a complaint filed and gave a Docket number for him to give to his attorney. She stated that he or his attorney needed to return the call within 24-48 hours or face a restraining order being placed on him. When I called to give them the info for my ex I realized this had to be a scam. Our home number is listed in under my husbands name alone, so there is no way they could assume that my ex was at this address.

probably not even in south carolina u can get a number to use thats not ur real number from a different area so they could b calling from anywhere

I called Michelle Diggs back and all they could tell me was that this was from a payday loan. They could give me no additonal info. They said that they would supponea me. We'll see. I've gotten calls like this from some Indian folks too. I think they are full of crap.

Today, I received a call on my cell phone from someone claiming to be Special Agent Christy Little stating there was a criminal complaint filed against me and told me to have my attorney contact her office with TCH xxxx. She also ended the phone message with good luck with this legal matter. I am glad I check out this site. I don't plan to call them back and give them no information.

I received this same call on my voice mail yesterday, from Tracy Farrell, private investagator informing me I had a legal action filed against me. I was worried wonder what could it be . The lady stated that a restraining order had been place against me as well. When I called the number back she was unavailable to speak with. Then I knew something was not right. So I then Searched her name in Bing---- to find this website Which I was greatful to know it is all just a scam. But why do pepple want to do this, this is so wrong to inform them they have a restraining order against them.. I am going to report a complaint to the Texas Attorney General as well surely if enough people speak out and complain Tracy Farrell wont be making any more phone call or leaving messages on Voice mail---- Get a real job with morals.... Scam. Calling for an employee at work who recently got a rash of foreign calls with people cussing out staff and saying we will go to jail. It's a network of scammers, they just try different tactics, if they get one out of every 10 to pay something because they are scared or because they want the calls to stop, they win. NEVER GIVE YOUR INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE TO SOMETHING LIKE THIS. ALWAYS ASK FOR WRITTEN COMMUNICATION.

Got a call stating that I owed Payday loans. They named about 6 companies that I supposedly owed money to. Settle or go to court. When I asked for proof they hung up on me. SCAM!!!!!
