Saturday, June 14, 2008 at 11:45 am PT, I received a call. They said they were from the Nielson Rating Service. The first question was: "What are you watching now?" My answer: Satellite TVThe second question was: "Are there any Spanish people in your household?"My answer: NO.The third question was (approximately) "What age group are you in?" Then gave several groups. They had no more questions and hung up. I guess they wanted young Spanish people and what channels they watch. I seriously doubt that they were from the Nielson Rating Service.Sounds like they want to line up Democratic possible Spanish voters (and in our part of the world, A.C.O.R.N.-signed-up illegal aliens who got drivers' licenses (you wouldn't believe it, but Oregon had a Spanish sub-contractor, who gave out 80,000 drivers' licenses to illegal aliens, who can sign up to vote with the loose Oregon laws on voting. The sub-contractor was taken to court. On the internet, they said Oregon would try to cover it up. The case was decided by a judge (not jury), between Thanksgiving and Chirstmas a couple of years ago. His decision: Not Guilty. and the reason: you wouldn't belive: because Robles had destroyed his records, he was not guilty. So goes the illegals in Oregon. Some PTA school meetings have an interpreter for English speaking parents, because meetings are in Spanish. Your votes in other states are being diluted by the criminal elements in Oregon politics.

Answer it, take a survey about what you watch on tv or they send you one in the mail. I did a questionnaire for two dollars and a weekly journal for 30.00 dollars. WHY NOT? They aren't a scam. They send cash and it's all about finding out what you like to watch on tv. So maybe, if you're intelligent enough, you can help take horrible shows off the stations.

Well, they called and I agreed to participate, seeing as how they are supposed to send me thirty bucks upon completion of the diary. I got the diary today along with a SINGLE dollar bill and the message:"The enclosed money is to thank you for filling out and returning your diary." Am I reading that right? That seems to indicate that I'm only going to be paid a buck for all the trouble of filling this out, along with all the personal info they want. At the very least I should have gotten the five bucks everyone else claims to have gotten. Can anyone explain this to me? They are supposed to call to verify if I got the diary. I will ask them outright if I will be paid the thirty dollars everyone else seems to be getting. I am not going through the trouble of filling out all this personal info for a single buck. Since all monies are in cash, maybe somebody on the other end is pocketing the rest for themselves.

I enjoy unsolisited illegal calls. Talk filthy and tell them to report it. Fun when hanging out with others.

I am currently doing the viewing diary. Mine goes back next week. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and at no time tries to sell me anything. When I received my diaries in the mail there was $5.00 enclosed for my troubles. :)
