I have literally been called 4 times in the last week from this phone number. The first time I was called 2 weeks ago, I said I did not have time to do the survey. They asked when I would be available to do it and I said I didn't want to be called back. They also said it was for residents of another state than the state I live in.2 of the times I was called this week was almost 11pm. I was asleep and was jolted awake each time. I just picked up and told them that it was almost 11pm here. Her response was "we stay open until 12am." She still tried to get me to do the survey and I asked to be removed from the call list. I will be furious if they call again. I use my cell phone for my alarm so I do not turn it off at night.

Yes ,but if you ask they to take you off their call list and not to call again they are suppose to take you off and Not call you ever again,if they do call again then you can report them

been getting these for awhile - all hours.....becareful if you recv a ck for their survey - when you endorse the check and pur YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT on the back they will have your banking info!!!!!!!!

I followed someone else's advice and called 1-800-237-8611 to be removed from Neilsen list.I've been getting 3-4 calls daily....evenings. I'm sick of it.....hopefully this will work. If not I'm going to get nasty.

They call several times a day, but don't leave a message on the answer machine.

I too have been receiving these calls and there is a numberyou can call and have your number removed.. It takes 24-48 hours.Here is the number..800-237-8611 So glad to have stopped the calls!!

Received post card as well in the mail. Not interested in surveys, of any kind, I did read the post stating it is like voting if you don't respond you should not complain if you not like the programing on the TV. Well that one is simple it is called the OFF button..........................

Just call 1-800-237-8611 and they will take you off their internal call list. It is Nielsen Ratings and they were very nice about it.

I'm supposed to be on the "Do Not Call List" ......... but this 'individual' keeps calling and hanging up mid-phone message recording....
