This is a attempt to collect on a debt, yes its a collection agency calling on behalf of Chase, However they call my office and we are not to answer any private calls, and they dont leave a message, which i thing is unfair, I would like to be able to call back and let them know i've filed for Banruptcy, but i cant. no call back number ,, dag on shame,
Chase bought some Barclay's accounts which include Airtran credit cards. I was hoping the customer service would improve, but apparently they are still using the same hacks to make calls. They blow my phone up all day.
I got a message from this number saying that they were calling me back about an inquiry. I had no clue what they were talking about. I called back and it sounded legit so I left a msg. I then panicked thinking I had screwed up and called the customer service number on my card. They said that chase had not called about my account! It sure seemed like a scam to me!
You say you got a phone call before 7:30 am on a Sat. Morning.Check with US Government laws. No collector can call before *:00 amIf they do you can sue for $1000.Check out the laws. Also they can not call after 8:00 pm and can makeno more than 3 calls a day. and you can tell them you want no more phone callsand that they must contact you by mail.
