Repeated calls- sometimes as many as 5-6 per day. Ridiculous ! They want personal banking info.

I did the same, Chase confirmed they will never call like that and that it was a Phishing scam. Gave the caller no information, hung up, and spoke directly with Chase.

Chase texted me to confirm a transaction on my card and after I said No, a second text said to call the number on the back of the card. Then I got a call from this number 6 minutes after and I didn't answer it. This number is definitely not legit. Chase wants you to trust the number so they will tell you to call the one on the card. If you don't have a Chase card, then it's definitely scam!

You people need to stop telling people facts that you do not know for fact! Just got off phone with Chase and they said it “DEFINITELY IS NOT A CHASE NUMBER”

Caller ID came up as JP Morgan Chase. It's the fraudulent Department. Its a legitimate number. Someone was using my VISA card fraudulently. Went through my charges and someone did make fraudulent charges on the account. Only question he asked was my address which is in the phonebook. Never asked for my Social Security never asked for my actual Visa number just the last 4 numbers. And if you're unsure you can always check your account online which is what we did. And we went through it with the indiividual. Account is now closed.

Legit ... Didn't answer this unrecognized number, but voicemail said was Chase Bank following up on credit charge dispute I filed yesterday. Called back the 888 number they left and got right to the claims department.

They are constantly calling me. I never answer I just reject the call. There's no need for Chase to call me.

Did not recognize, did not answer and no voicemail left. Chase or not, it's annoying.

This IS Chase bank. I called the 800 number on the back of my card to verify. There was a fraudulent charge of over $700 on my card. They cancelled my card and removed the charge.

Okay I received a call from this number as well. I DID NOT return the call on the number provided (caller said fraud prevention). I did however call the number on the back of the credit card, she was able to confirm that there was a fraud hold on the card. They wanted to verify one charge and add a security phrase to my account. ALWAYS call the number on the back of the card to verify. This was a genuine call from Chase.
