called at 1:15 am to tell of an apparent abduction. I was asleep, like I could help.

Called in the middle of the night. I didn't answer and they left no message. I get alerts on my cellphone if there is any kind of alert, so this must have been a scam. Not happy being awakened!!

Received call in the middle of the night! I never signed up for this so-called service, have utterly no interest in it, and want to know how to get my phone number off this list.

This is a completely legit number. It is the code red emergency system bulletin. It will alert you to events such as storm warnings, street cleaning season, amber alerts, etc.

They have called several times tonight. The last call was11:12 pm on 4/4/18. Central time

I do not know who is calling. I did not answer.

Received 2 calls w/ msg. left concerning 911 service was down. Then hours later @ 11:30pm answered phone w no answer twice. Nothing but silence. Another example of a good idea being abused ! Cry Wolf @ 11:30 to wake us up again. I will be removing my number from this annoyance!
