This is from a call center for my local police department, for a neighborhood crime watch meeting tomorrow night. THIS IS NOT A CRANK CALL. I signed up for updates. This is a good thing.

This is just another aggravating scam operation. I for one signed up for DO NOT CALL and still receive almost as many irritating auto dialed calls. Some of the calls actually originate overseas while they use an American area codes. Ridiculous

Received a call from this number. A recorded voicemail informed me that there is a snow emergency in effect in my city and that cars should not be parked on snow routes or could face being ticketed and/or towed. This happened to be true, so I'm marking it as a valid call.

This was a CodeRED call from my county to let me know 911 Service was not working for cell phones in our area. I have now saved the number in my phone so that next time the caller ID will say CodeRED instead of ECN Community.

get a call blocking phone or device 100's of a/c's or numbers or both . phone does not even ring - suposedly sends busy signal to caller/ this is the only way to keep your sanity
