I do thing that 97 phone calls & no message is a bit excessive. Luckily it didn't ring thru or I would have needed a new phone

It sent me a text as well as voicemail about boil order ending. I didn't even see any info that WE were under a boil order.... Don't like th is system as it confuses people if they don't live in th e area that the situation is happening in....

Total scam, called at 11:45pst. Idiots!! Using community alert as cover. I picked up and no answer and nothing, the problem is if you call this number iback it prob sends you to a real community alert. They are using name number as front to SCAM people! Please be aware!

harrassing caller

I'm in WV..caller ID just had number. I didn't answer...left voice mail about car wreck closing major highway and traffic being re-routed thru my county. I've added number to contacts. Didn't even know I was signed up to get these alerts.

i am afraid to answer ANY unfamiliar callswill not call back ANY unless i can find outwho it is. all the calls consume much time/stress

On 9-15-17 at 2:27 p.m. I recieved a call from this number claiming:"This is a test of SCI Camp Hill's Code Red Emergency Staff Alert System. Please respond to verify your receipt of this message on the link provided or be emailing Mspeils@pa.gov."I don't know if I got that email right. He said "m" or "n" and then a word not spelled out... Speels? Steals? Speils? I called it back a few times hoping to get a human but only got machines which for all I know could be some hacker/scammer/terrorist out to get people who work there. There was no warning at work of this happening. I called work and the operator knew nothing about it and said she'd look into it which sometimes means it will be looked into and other times is ignored.

This is a "code red" number for robocall "urgent" city messages. I have blocked all alerts from my phone, and now this phone number is blocked as well. It did leave a VM, which in this case was idiotic to say the least. It was from the police department, advising that a 26 year old hispanic man with black hair had "escaped" the crisis unit at the hospital... call the police if you see him. Let's see - I live in south Texas, and half of this town is hispanic. So, we're supposed to call the cops if we see a 20-something hispanic dude walking down the street? Beyond stupid, and absolutely useless in resolving the situation.
