Same thing, except when they called, I explained that I'm an actual computer and communications shop. His Pakistani voice started studdering when I called his a$$ on the carpet and accused him of being a STUPID scammer. They DO NOT like being called STUPID :)

I have gotten a few calls. I never answer. I just put this on my call block list

I got a call from these idiots. He told me that my computer was sending critical errors. I told the idiot that I did not have a computer at home. He then stated that I do have a computer because it is sending critical errors. Like the moron knows what I have in my house. I start cursing him out and called him a [***] and told him never to call me again. He then proceeded to call back two seconds later from an unknown number and ask me how can I [***] my mother when I am right here. He then continued yelling as I was yelling and I hung up again. He then called me again from the same 800-number. I hope he calls again because I have notified the police.

Got a call from this number. He said he was with Windows support, and that I had viruses on my computer. Then he wanted me to go to my computer so he could help me resolve the problem. I told him that I wasn't home. When I got home I looked up the number and found this page. I can't wait for him to call back so I can call him a stupid scammer. Wish I knew how to get them busted.

Received call stating they were a computer company calling to work on my computer.

Tired of scammers

I just got a call from this number for the second time this month. They said they were from Geek Squad this time and that my computer had a virus. I said, "That's strange, because I don't have a contract with Geek Squad to monitor my computer." The heavily accented man hung up on me just as I was about to have fun. I am curious! Does anyone know why the calls come from Connecticut?

860 951 7532 called me under the guise of tech support. I shut him down quick having had bad experiences with these Scammers

They don't actually come from Connecticut. The scammers are somewhere like India or Pakistan and they are spoofing the caller ID. That's why you can't call the number back. Now as to how and why they chose a Connecticut number to spoof - that's anyone's guess.
