I received a call from 860-951-7532 on my cell phone. The caller with a heavy middle-eastern accent said he was calling from "Windows Users" about a problem with my computer. I knew it was a scam, so I asked him where he was calling from, and he answered Rahleigh, S. Carolina. I told him the phone number showed up as Hartford, CT. He then said, "Yes, that is our main office." I asked him how he got my phone number, and he said that I was a registered Windows user. I told him to remove my number from the calling list, that I knew it was a scam, and that I was reporting the call to the authorities. He said, "That is not even logical" then hung up!

Just got a call on BH VoIP phone. ID says Garcia, Martin F. Dont know the name so did not answer. No msg. My number is registered on the useless Do Not Call Registry.

Got a call from this number at 6:33pm ET. They were claiming it was Geek Squad and wanted to know about my home computer. Knew this was a scam right away and immediately verbally recognized this to the caller. He hung up and got a phone number disconnected message when I attempted to call back.

Sand [***] scamming people.

This guy calls me!!!! Normally I don't answer calls, that have a unfamiliar number. But I have a friend that is missing. I had just left a message on her phone, then I get a call from this guy. I don't know Martin F Garcia, or his number. I answered thinking it was her and it clearly it wasn't! This guy finally answered after 3 hellos', he tells me "There is a problem with your computer" and he is going to help fix it. I told him "That's very interesting, since I don't have a computer" (I only use a game console)!

Got a call from this number on my cell phone. Don't know how they got that number - I use it for friends and family only, never business. Anyway they called at 9:50am EST. An Indian sounding man said he was from Geek Squad and that there was an attack on computers in my area. I knew this was a SCAM since I use Geek Squad remote. I told him - nice try - scam call and hung up before he had the chance to say anymore. Tried calling back got no answer. Just rang.

Bad accent, rude, scammer

This numbers Calls every day. I told them if they don't stop I'll report their number. Is really annoying. Got fearful they were actually accessing my computer remotely. I wish our country would fix people having the ability to call from a us number when that the fact is they're calling from another country.

Do not want this call

I got the call, took forever to speak to someone. The man's English was poor and hard to understand. He kept saying something about a computer system.I decided to have fun. I kept asking him questions like I did not understand him. He got mad and hung up.
