The workload is no more demanding than any comparable course. What do you expect to do for a 61k job?? no work? easy work? or maybe they shouldnt critique your work and just accept it as you think it should be done. also, If you want to see the course material before enrolling then just do that.Of course many people dont finish the course, just like many people dont use their health club memberships to get in shape after signing a contract. It's up to the person. The pay rate has not dropped (it's always been $31.45/hr) and you do not need to stage 5 homes, you need to stage 3 homes of which one can be your own and the others can be friends or family's. They will also help you find homes if you need help.If they werent legitimate and on side of the law, they would be closed down by now.
