Hold on....ya gotta be kidding Meekison. First you complained that she wasnt getting her marks and now you are complaining because SHE GOT HER MARKS?????....are you for real? I just looked at their website and read the term and conditions about the pay and you're wrong again. You seem to see what you want to see because you have a toothless axe to grind. Nothing got lowered other than the rate for part-timers and people in small towns where the average home prices are lower. And anyone that signed up for the higher rate would still get the higher rate. So what's the big deal? If you dont like the part time rate of $24 then dont enroll, but if you enrolled beforehand, you have the same rate of $31. They are entitled to adjust their pay rates based on demand. thats economics. DEFEND THAT. A company going through growing pains is indefensible in your eyes because you've never run a company. Do you think Henry Fords cars worked perfectly when they began building them? no, they stalled all the time. Do you think microsofts products work perfectly? Of course not, - and if you follow the news lately, you'd agree that even capitalism still needs some tinkering. Haverhill Staging is a bold company doing a lot of great things and showing a lot of leadership. And being new, of course they're going to be a work in progress, just like any business, government, ideology or individual person. ok, so your friend got a B-, good for her. THere's nothing stopping her from going to work as a stager, right? maybe she could try and improve her mark? Do you ever encourage her or do you just dine on the drama these message boards feed you? (You are an actor, right?) as long as you keep telling your friend her knowledge is useless, the more she will believe it. if I were her, I would quickly cut you out of my life. you are a discouragement. who needs toxic friends that hold you back? there's not one positive thing about you. you even make stuff up as long as it can be said in a negative way. You must want to control her in a bad way. DEFEND THAT. You know, most staging classes are taught by distance learning, even the ones most real estate boards teach their agents. (I'm an agent so I should know) It's not rocket science, just a lot of funamentals you need to learn. So speak to your friend and ENCOURAGE her for a change. She will appreciate it far more than telling her she is inadequate and uncapable of using the knowldge she learned. You're being selfish when it comes to your friend. It's sounds like you have many reasons for failing at your own career and want the same for her so she won't leave you behind. I guess misery loves company. DEFEND THAT....or better yet, let your friend read this blog.

I didnt take the course to get my money back, i took it to get a certificate. i have no intention of applying to work for them so why should I want my money back?

Of course there is fine print. you can only say so much in a google ad. all consumers should read the fine print before they buy anything. (car, life insurance, etc)after reading their 'fine print' it doesnt sound any worse or different than any other large company. am i missing something other than the fine print?

April 7th, 2008 at 3.10pm. As per previous notes on this site I called 416-440-3177 x220 and asked my number to be removed. The lady on the other side promised that this would go into affect right away. Lets see if that works. Failing that I will have to block that number.Paul M

its not a loop hole tina. if they refuse to hire you after the 'interview' then you get 100 percent of your money back.can you explain that loop hole again because the reality is not consistent with what you are saying.there is no loop hole as you call it if they pay back your money. you get your money and keep the course....sounds like you have no risk and they have all the risk.

how did they waste their time if they got the course and their money back? dont argue with me when you clearly dont see the insanity to your posting. I'm defending them because you arent impartial enough to post something meaningful. The promise is not a job, the promise is to refund your money if you dont get the job. (assuming you want it in the first place) I resent your inference to me being a relative.

Just wondering what all the crap is under Haverhill staging, such as lists and lists of casinos, designer handbags, etc. Is this so people won't keep checking what is going on with Haverhill? Probably filed by Haverhill employee, no doubt. Does anyone know what I mean?

I got a call from th em today at 11:10 AM. No one spoke on the other line. I called the '416' number and the extension (provided in someone's earlier post) and requested to have my number taken off their list. The lady on the other line was very polite and told me that my number had been taken off immediately.

the $250 processing fee is if you return the course within 7 days and the full refund is if you pass and do not get the job. dont you see what I see or am I reading it wrong cuz i dont think i am.

That wouldnt be haver hill. links like that bring on even more people because there are lots of people searching for those key words that google picks up.its usually some casino webmaster or marketer that wants to get their links or ads in front of message boards where there is lots of activity.casinos arent allowed to advertise on google so they do everything they can to come up high in the search results.try searching for online casinos and you'll see there are no paid ads for then on google.

It’s a number verifying that you changed your voicemail code. Not anything bad.
