Rick:Everything you and Mr. Darren Morgenstern touch is unethical. You are a shady, greedy scammer. You don't even use your real name "Rick Diamond" ain't it!!Your expertise is keeping just above the law or cheating people for an amount that doesn't make it worth it for them to take you to court and for you to get out of the business when the heat gets too much. Any tribute to you online was likely written by you. From Morgenstern's fake "your domain is getting taken over, give us $70" to both your Leadership Grants there is a theme! For Leadership grants -- release the books! Show the cash inflow and outflow, show your revenue from your business plan business which is required for grant applicants and match them up! Release the list of recipients? Tell us again how free money does exist! Tell us how you take $2100 from someone applying for a franchaise so you can help them do up a business plan and of how you split the money with the writer (who you undoubtedly never pay) and Morgenstern and yourself. Oh, is a franchaise a start up business? Seems like you are breaking your own rules! Many people may not drive the car you or Morgenstern drives, many may not live in the house you live in. And you may be clever enough and you may have clever enough lawyers to avoid jail and deceptive marketing fines but you will never have something the poor saps that you scam have -- integrity and decency. Enjoy the money, I hope you can't sleep at night. If you see the name Morgenstern or Rick here grab your wallet and run!
We are under the impression that the service bureau that was calling on our behalf is also calling for other clients as well using the same 'telephone numbers'. Accordingly, when people see the '905' number on their screen, they assume it has been from our campaign and that we have been dialling them relentlessly. This has not been the case.In any event, our contract for 416/905 has ended and we will NOT be re-newing it. Although we understand this type of marketing approach to be legal, we still have an over-riding committment to ensure our marketing efforts do not encrouch upon the quiet enjoyment of people in their homes. There are a few other jurisdictions in other parts of the Country that will conclude shortly and when those contracts end, we will not renew them either. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your feedback.
sara, read all the posts. read other websites. watch the commercials. understand that staging is not the same as decorating. there is a huge difference. most of staging is common sense. most people would not have signed up if they didn't already know something about decorating. this was suppose to teach us more about staging, learning what to keep in a room. how to keep it plain, simple, stunning, show off the best features of every room and still not spend a lot of money. no home owner wants to spend a lot of money on a house they are moving out of.you dare to say we were not good enough?! then why don't you pay and take the course. then come back and let us know how you did.
If you're not cut out to be a stager the course might just have been beyond your capabilities. I guess u have to have a natural flair for it.I have always wanted to be independently employed and this was a perfect opportunity for me. My credentials are widely accepted because I took this course. I passed with a good mark and and have been making a good living at it. I have no regrets. Some people just don't take it seriously enough when not in a structured learning environment. Nobody said that it was going to be easy. In short you have to put demands on yourself but it is worth it in the end.The job is interesting and exciting and above all never redundant.Every day is different, meeting new people and embracing new challenges.I was getting tired of the sameness of my life and this has opened up a whole new world for me. I guess I'm just a natural born stager.
He works with Darren Morgenstern. Thick as thieves. Grey area is absolutely right. A honest business man he isn't, one who is talented and keeping just out of jail he is.
Ormon that is too funny, I have a number that bell gave me 3yrs ago, it's unlisted but we still get calls for the prievious phone number owner, I got so annoyed I just tell everyone that the person is dead. Seems to halt the calls .....for a while. I guess they figure dead people need stuff moved too...lolCheers
Will we be hearing from 'Amy Cambodia' next? Just how many personalities do you have, doll?
Hello, I am currently enrolled in the Haverhill program. So far I have not received my grades after turning in the course work. What state are you in? I am in California. Did you ever check out The Staging Diva? I am considering their course. What have you heard about that program. They too are in Canada.tigger in CA
I passed the course with no problems. A lot of work but I worked hard for it. I git my assignments marked in 2 weeks and my exam marked in one week. I got 91% on my assignments.I'm not the only one. I know many others who have passed.
