Nowhere did he say that they were subject to the PCC Act. He just stated what the PCC says. They are outright lying in their fraudulent advertising. You can say one thing in an ad and then say the complete opposite in the fine print. The ad can be vague, since there's not enough room to write everything, but it can't be lies.They say complete refund.You do not get a complete refund since they always keep $250 no matter what.

Update: Closed the Canada office too and limited the days the warehouse is opened to certain days now.....don't have to wonder about their "expanding"......

Will everyone who got caught in this scam go to HGTV.COM and write a complaint against Haverhill. Stop their scam on TV.

it is the same person , i have had admissions by him about it, so lets not lie and say that the guy that you google and him are the same. they are definitively the same person. so if we wanna keep things honest then lets do so , no one is saying that people cannot make mistakes and rebuild their careers along with their moral compass, but it was the same person in the states. thats all.
