Making a machine call you 12 times/day is illegal, it's harassment. The fines range from $1500 per call to $15,000. So, stop making illegal calls. Because, someone's gonna sue the [***] off of you. By the way complaints have been made to the CRTC, OPP and RCMP. Did you that a federal party back four years ago got sued over robo-calls?
Many of those who work as Debt Collectors are not polite because they are not Boy Scouts and/or Girl Guides. They are mainly a downtrodden lot, and their ranks include ex-convicts, drug addicts, 20-somethings without high-school diplomas and a variety of other hard-luck cases.Oh, my God, they are like thugs. However, the more clean-cut types simply can’t get the job done. So don't expect that debt collector, who is calling you, to be nice!!!

I bet you work there and in fact are a shill. I got called today after I told them LAST MONTH I am on ONTARIO WORKS! I even sent them my friggin stub as the manager pretty much called me a liar and forced me to. I did and now instead of 5 calls per day I get 10 from their stupid robo machine. I will surely be informing my bank and looking over the laws to see if any were violated as it was previously written on here to do so. I hope it works or I don't know what I am going to do. they have been calling me several times a day for several weeks, eventhough I have requested by email for them to stop calling me 5 times! I said I will only respond to actual written registered mail.I have no debt and if I do it is from more than 25 years ago. I am now a senior on a fixed pension. This harassment has to stop!

Claims to be from MnDOT wouldn't leave a voicemail when called the main line. Called the next day and claims to be a guy named Gavin wanting to update information. Phone number is from Pennsylvania CLEARLY NOT FROM MNDOT.
Message says Wellstar, but the toll free number they leave is not Wellstar #. Automated voice requests your date of birth to start. Seem like scam.
