I get call after call from these pricks and when I pickup they hang up right away.

They must have written permission from a creditor if you do owe any money. If you don't they still try in a bogus claim over 6:yrs later. A bona-fide debt is exempt after a 2 yr statute if limitation period in ontario.

My wife just learned joel miskin, registered an execution against her, her name for a credit card debt she doesn't owe originating from 2009. The "bogus" claim grew from 6,000 to over 15,000. This man has case law established in his name by the lsuc, for several professional misconduct charges, including similar + other complaints. Also didn't pay his annual dues. Yrs you are right. If you are a victim of fraud, theft, identity theft this miskin tries to collect a debt you don't owe. He was suspended jan 16/97 then he'll try to threaten you with selling your house by further deceptive practices.. hearing officer was robert Aaron. He tries to collect on bogus debts or inflated debts without the creditors consent. He was 53 in 97. Now 62? Ask gary mollison and roger stewart about crimes against us and others. The owner-operator is joel miskin, a lawyer with case law filed with the law society of upper canada. Several professional misconduct charges, etc. Apparently he generates bogus claims against people who have had their credit cards stolen, which they reported to creditor and credit bureau, then presents a bogus bill years later trying to extort money from them, which isn't owed. He just "pulls a figure out of thin air" and writes a letter to their lawyer, asking for 125.00 for each 1 page letter. Based on a claim never served. But unwarranted, unjust
