you talk about all the rules of others. and the rules of the collection agencys...but what about your job as a consumer to pay your bills. mjr shouldnt even have to call you.. your an adult and ur [***] should be paid.. you signed a contract with arrangments to uphold so why should mjr follow the rules when you dont? pay your bills and shut up

We never answer calls from unknown numbers; instead we let the answering machine get them. This 9056714151 has been calling 10 times a day and never leaves a message. Enough. Apparently the do not call list (which we've subscribed to twice) doesn't work.

if your on ontario works or ODSP tell those bottom feeders to pound salt! But make sure you cas your cheque and take the cash otherwise these bottom feeders will seize your bank account

They are not allowed to call your work or cell phone it is illegal, they can not threaten you also. Get a cease and desist letter, copy it and send it registered mail, they have to leave you alone, as well you may want to file a complaint with the police. You can have them charged.

I have been recieveing calls from this # too and they can get pretty rude....one time they were threatening to come to my home...man they have a 16 hour drive to get here...and they call very early in the morning....i had a stroke and they kept calling me a drunk...maybe they need to go get drunk...and then let me call them

i actually had a family friend draft up a letter and had it sent via registered mail to only contact me in writing waaaay back in like November or December.. That clearly has not worked. I feel I should be compensated for this harassment. Please, what can I do here? Can I expect to be compensated?

He buys bogus debts for pennies. Sells them to skyline. Then goes after you for money you don't owe. He does not have authorization from canadian tire to represent them. He distorts the truth. A sick puppy.

Not true, they are allowed to "contact" you 3 times per week, so when they call, pick up and say One, and hang up, when you say three, that's it, that is the 3 times in a week that they can call you. The key work is contact, not call, after the third time, you can have a cease and desist letter by registered mail, and also file a complaint with the police

i do think that is going a bit too far...yes they make you look stupid and all...but you need to take a chill pill and not talk that way
