This person is lying. They have a personal issue with these people they're naming and are trying to cause trouble for them. In another posting they go off about they way these people look, so it's obviously something personal. It's a landlord/past-tenant issue.

It was a credit card offer. When I asked for the address they hung up

I get calls from this number constantly regarding my credit card and I do not have any credit cards. It is wasting my minutes and I want it to stop.

I have been getting calls like this for over a year. Bugs the heck out of me because I have paid off all my credit cards and never asked for their services. I have read through all pages of this blog and see that no one has had any success in finding the true identity of these scam artists and it annoys me that with all of our technology we are still subjected to these tactics. The only thing I do is add it to a SCAM contact in my contact lists and do not answer the phone. A couple of times I have answered and of course get disconnected when I tell them I have no credit cards. To the person(s) who keep claiming it is Fox Property Management in Portland, OR and that the criminals are landlords who steal information from rental applications, get a life please. I do not live in OR, have never been to OR, nor have I ever filled out a rental application in that state. Whatever issues you have with those property owners, please grow up and act like an adult. Or seek professional help for your issues.

916 area code - California? I don't know anyone there, and I don't want to know anyone there. I have read these entries, and I agree this needs to be stopped. Smells of scam or phishing too me as well.

once again they are calling and calling and calling leaving no message unless al ive person answers then it's this is the credit card company blah blah blah....gets old..no way to stop...they just change numbers..best thing is if you see a number you don't know let your answering machine get it.THE FEW TIMES I LISTENED I SAID YOU GUYS ARE A SCAM AND HUNG UP,

Yea man I got one just know but my dumbass hit the number, which happened to be 9? I think it Is a scam what should I do?

I was able to block some of the numbers, Verizon has a site for usage control where you can block select numbers. Try checking with someone else at your provider.

Received close to my 40th call from this company today 6/22 offering to lower my APR. ID themselves only as Bank Card Services. Hang up when I ask what bank they represent.
