Rachael from cardholder services... pressed nine to speak to someone. They asked if I wanted to lower my interest rates, I said yes. They asked of I owed more than $4000 in credit card debt. I said no. They said next time just hang up. I said I wanted to waste their time like they wasted mine. Click. HAHAI'm on the Do Not Call Registry. For whatever that's worth.

I recieved a call on my cell phone from 916-301-4406. I didn't answer it and then when I tried to call from a land line it said this number was no longer in service.

Someone may have used you as a reference on an application. I just got a call at work from them to verify employment due to a rental application.

Today this number called and said, "this is card member services, (pause), there is nothing wrong with your acct., if you would like to lower your interest rate press (button) now, press 9 now if you want to speak to an operator and get your interest lowered." So I pressed nine and a woman answered and I said, "I want my ..." She interrupted me and said, "You can't have it both ways, either you want your name removed from my list or you want your interest rate lowered." I said very slowly for her, "I want my name removed from your list." She said, "I don't have a list." AND HUNG UP ON ME!

I don't know why and who this is but I will never answer.

This is a scam.

This number keeps calling my cell phone from "card holder services" and I can't get this to stop. When i try to call it back, there's a recording that the number is no longer in service or some such crap. Make it stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a call today at 11:59. Answering machine picked it up and Rachel the Robo dialer cut out. I just did get rid of the same type of call from a Montana number (who called daily from February through May) regarding credit card interest and my ability to lower it through their services. I tried everything from telling them that I could not give them my credit card number because I lost my card, my statements were burned in the house fire, my mailbox had been beat to death in the night, my garage had been set on fire and I would no longer be able to drive to work to earn the money to maintain payments anyway. For awhile it stopped. What finally ended it was by contacting (via email) the DoNotCall website and filing a complaint with the dates, times and numbers from my caller ID. Guess they got a new number now and I will continue to report such and not give anybody I don't know the satisfaction of picking up the phone!

Multiple calls and they will not put me on their DNC list. I am on the National and Tennessee DNC.Caller id says 1-916-301-4406.
