I know this is wells fargo...I had an account with them a few years ago..Linked with this account was a gas card from quick trip linked to this account..So everytime I used the gas card it would pull automatically from my account...Quick trip got crazy and kept charging me twice for every purchase..I contacted wells fargo and disputed all items..Wells fargo agreed with me and put a block on my account to stop the double charges or so I was told...I have a refrence number of all transactions from this as well from wells fargo...I closed my account with wells fargo and had a zero balance, but 3 weeks later wells fargo sent me a statement saying I owed 440 dollars because they kept letting quick trip pull on my account..I asked wells fargo how this could be and they stated that even though the account had been closed if there was some form of activity on the account it would stay open....So the story is DONT bank with WELLS FARGO or get a gas card from quick trip!!!!!!!I took them to court and won, This number will not stop calling though so even if the matter is taken care of they will still bother you.......
Sounds like a GOP operation to sabotage our economy. These historical parasites have always done this as they do not want to actually work for a living. The people they go after are in economic distress and they know it, even after having a loved-one pass-away. They are vampires who suck the blood out of our economy.
I had to deal with States Recovery last week. It wasn't a Wells Fargo account, apparently they work for several creditors. It was a legit call, tho.The woman I dealt with was "firm", but professional and wasn't rude. I agreed to pay more than I was comfortable with, but at least she worked with me to get the thing paid over a few months. I just read through some of the other comments on here and I have to say, many of you are deadbeats. I mean, come on. If you owe, call them back! If they call your number for someone else, call them and let them know (I believe collectors are paid commission, right? Why is the world would they WANT to call a wrong number...and pay the toll charges, too?? OF COURSE they will will remove the number!).But that last person who posted here...Kei....you turn my stomach. How dare they call "you" about your past-due bill? Are you for real? People like you are the ones that tick off bill collectors and make it tougher for me to negotiate reasonable repayments on my bills.
i just moved to the high desert. I have a new land line but i keep getting calls from states recovery. the bad thing is they dont have a removle list for bad numbers. wait till i call the DNC!!!
Hmmm. Maybe they had to get bailed out because people like you borrowed money and didn't pay it back. Which came first, the chick or the egg.Get real. People like you and Kei, below, are costing us all higher interest rates.

i just had a friend telling me to google this number and found this site. he said they keep calling him and do not answer at all and dont pick up when he calls back. Now that i have read all the comments to this number I am informed it is a collection agency. He has an account with Wells fargo and so do I but they have never called me. My credit score is perfect and have no debts. I cant say much what it is but I do have a phone number so the government does not give out your cell phone number. Call 1-888-382-1222. You call it so telemarkerers dont call you and so the government doesnt give out your number to other companies.
