Zwicker & Associates just called me and left me a voicemail stating: That it was not a sales call and that I needed to call them back right away.

Harrasing phone calls at night. They call my cell and hangup or no one is there.They threaten to take you to court, My attn said to let them waist their money and time as they cant do anything anyhow..

Threatening to sue me even though inolved in a debt management program. Will sue not workout payment plan. Very demanding.

Who do you think you are God? Doing any job doesn't make you one iota better than anyone. Most collection companies fly under the radar, including this one, and you ought to be ashamed of yourself for speaking the way you do; and, when you have an education, find a real job.

I just want to step in here. Even though I was laid off last year, and my wife reached stage four Breast Cancer which basically precluded me from working so that I could take care of her, I still continued to find ways to pay my credit card bills. BUT, all of the companies then, for no apparent reason other than greed, raised the interest rates sky high. At that point, it became nonsensical for my to beat my head against the way and continue to pay, as the principal never decreased, and in fact began to increase. I say, let them come. I am now on Social Security, which they can't take, and living off my small remaining IRA's, which I am pretty sure they can't touch, and live in Florida, with a Homesteaded house that they can't touch. Any other money I have, I keep in cash. OH, and by the way, I did settle one large debt last year, only to find that I am gonna get a 1099 for the amount the debt was decreased, which is gonna cause trouble at income tax time. Frankly, I would rather owe these guys than the Federal Government.Oh, the one settlement I made was with Zwicker. They JUMPED at 40 cents on the dollar. Anyone interested should offer 30 cents and see what happens.

I'd hate to see what you would write if you were "A Not Nice Collector"....You're just PLAIN mean, you know that? BTW, be careful what you wish on others. Someday, you, Zwicker and the other bottom feeders who have been living high off the hog on junk debts for WAY too long are going to wake up one morning and find yourselves in the same situation, when debt collection reform comes around. It may not come today or tomorrow...but it WILL COME.

im an employee at zwicker and associates broke. i sympathize with the people i call. i try to set them up on low monthly payments.i try to educate them on the importance of getting something set up on there accounts in a timely manor before the do possibly get sued. sometimes people just dont get it. maybe you need to sell your house move into something a little cheaper. maybe sell a car. thats just the way the cookie crumbles. hey, im having rough times myself i have kids and my wife goes to school. thats is exactly why i dont live above my means. i suggest you people that dont want to or even at least try to pay there bills better sell something or pick up a second job and quit crying about the economy. i could be calling you next. talk to you soon.

Some people can pay their bills, but as people lose their jobs they cant pay their bills anymore.
