I have been receiving a call from 19786862255 and they call at least once a week. I do not understand how they got my number. They call me with issues with someone elses name. The first time they called (and I answered) they totally harrassed me about issues not pertaining to me. I do not appreciate being threatened and targeted for someone else problems.

First of all. This is unsecured debt, that was given to you based on wages that people use to make. Selling a house in this market doesn't work, then you certainly couldn't qualify for another one. If bankruptcy is the way to go - then let all the creditors go down with it. The RICH RICH folks love to steal, cheat and lie. Don't be deceived....

The truth of the matter is this. They have job to do(collectors) and we owe the debt(some of us). In many cases they are rewarded for their recovery of funds so many use any means possible to get payments. I am not blaming anyone for doing their job. However, in a lot of cases there is a reduction of income, if some are like myself what little money is received goes to rent, utilities, gas, food and childcare and you are lucky if it covers all. They ask if family members can assist in helping, that is hilarious to me because most of my family is in the same boat or if they provide assistance its for food or gas. I like the comment stating their grandfather said if you cant buy it in cash dont buy it. Boy was he ever right. I know now,trust me. This is a humbling experience because if others used credit as I did, it was to get rewards or perks and at one time the money was there to pay. This can all change in an arrival to work one morning being called to a mandatory meeting and informed that your company is closing. It scares me to think my wages will be garnished but I have not a clue where I can squeeze money to pay a low priority bill. I will be forced into bankruptcy if I receive such notification. Call me what you wish. All of you who have planned better and saved for rainy days and still have good credit, I am not but happy for you and I hope you never get called to such a meeting.

I am working with a CCN and now this guy calls. Left message I must call him back immediately. All my crdit accounts have been notified about the CCN - I don't know why these people are now calling.Have read several articles about this company and they collection tactics that are not very well received.

Hey Zwiffer people.....you call me constantly. All day long. You have the wrong number. Had you not been so obnoxious, I probably would have told you where to find jerk you are looking for. Or about the two businesses he owns or where his fiance works as a condo manager. Or where to find his ex wife who would have told you more than I can. You listed the AMEX suit in the paper last friday and saturday. Go find him! I am not him! I don't owe you anything. I don't owe anyone anything. Oh, by the way, too bad your going to miss out on the huge divorce settlement he finally received the end of this past November. Guess he didn't pay you either!!!!!! LOL PS: Don't think you're smarter than a 5th grader....5th graders use punctuation and paragraphs.

I want the calls to stop. This has been my new cell number for about 6 months and the calls don't stop despite my pleading. I was on vacation last week and got a call from this number causing major roaming phone charges to my account that I intend on disputing and sending the bill to these inconsiderate people!!!!!
