Why do you want a job with those losers? Did you get fired from First Source Advantage? They are a dumb bunch of indians. I have them on tape committing so many many many violations. Law suit will be coming, I will be rich and the bill collectors will get nothing, except for a slow and painful death.
Yeah? Well now that will be a stain on your credit report for 10 years, and when you screw up again, you won't be able to file another bankruptcy until its been 8 years since your last one. You'll never be able to get a home or vehicle without a GOOD cosigner and all your credit cards will have bloody awful interest rates. On top of this, your creditors would have probably settled the debt for whatever you paid your attorney. Good luck to you madam.
I'd like to know more about any class-action suit against Zwicker. I have a Discover account that has been kept current it's entire life but mysteriously ended up in Zwicker's hands in 11/2009 (--I've been trying to get documentation that shows how I am in 'breach of contract' ... I don't know if I expressed some hardship or some forbidden frustration for their reducing my credit line, or what...) Anyhow, I kept paying Discover directly, online, on time, and month after month; always over the minimum due, and sometimes over $500 at a time (on a less than $5K balance). Yet despite this I just received a summons from Zwicker; I am being sued for $7,500. They've done nothing more than make personal attacks and threats in the months leading up to this, and they have been unwilling or unable to provide me with any information on how my account ended up in their coffers. Discover will not speak with me directly either.
I am in the same boat as you. 20 years with a company and BOOM, nothing. Looking for a job was a job. Luckily am employed but am making a pittance of what I used to make. Trying hard to keep up, but falling behind none the less. Prayers to you.
I have a one who leaves themselves wide open for a lawsuit. FIRST SOURCE ADVANTAGE. Dumb motherf-ing Indians. Amex shouldn't outsource their sh*t if they want it done properly.
That is true, but the collection agency must have the means to call your attorney to verify this. Either you did not give Zwicker & Associates the name and telephone number of your attorney, or your attorney is not doing his/her job and contacting Zwicker to update them.Basically, don't get snippy with the collectors when they ask for your attorney's information.
Michelle theyt didn't really mean scum bags, they meant doushe bags. You act as if you were born to royalty and you are diserved to be treated as such. You have no clue why people may have fell on hard times! A husband may have passed and left his wife with 4 mouths to feed. Get it??? Not everyone makes purchases and than decides not to pay. There could be many reasons things happen. Hope your mother and or father don't get ill in the hospital racking up thousands while dying of cancer but still have outstanding bills they didnt pay. Some douche like yourself that would take such a job which pays crap not 6 figures which you only wish you were getting will hound your dying father and belittle him as he withers away to nothing! lol Its people like you that think your owed something that havent yet had a catastrophe in your life but bank your day is comming and i can only hope that someone you helped to screw will be there to laugh when you fall. You are as low to take such employment and even lower to help to hound that elderly individual that is on hospice with cancer and you want to take the air he breathes from him. You troll, i hope your day comes sooner than later because you need a lesson in human kindness!
I am in the same boat. I am trying, trying, trying. To no avail. Just when I think I've got my head above water... down again. I swear, if it's not one thing, it's another. And the bills just keep rolling in. My gas line has a leak this week, what's next? Another 400 bucks down the tube. That was my car payment.
STOP PAYING THE DEBT SETTLEMENT COMPANYAll they do is toss your money in a savings account every month, take their fee off the top, and when there is a decent amount in there they call your creditors and try to low-ball a settlement. Mail the collectors something to revoke the power of attorney you signed with this company. Then call the creditor and tell them how much you can pay a month. Cooperate with the collectors, answer all their questions as honestly as you can (remember they are bound by law and wont try and take advantage of you). They will ask why you stopped paying and work out a hardship arrangement for you.
