Caller said he was a customer support tech calling because there were error messages from my computer that, as near as I could understand, was either permitting or preventing software from being downloaded on my harddrive. I could hardly understand him - very heavy accent - when I asked specific questions. He would not give me his phone number because it was against company policy. He said his name was Jack. He was not pleased when I told him I would call Microsoft to check on him.
I have a collection issue with AMEX and ...it is NOT them. They call on a different number and they do not need to skip trace any way because they know who and where I am ...Same with Nationwide Credit...b/c the new collection agency took over the file from them so no reason for Nationwide to be calling me when it was bought by a different collection agent.
This is Nationwide Credit and Amex doing skip tracing. They use fake survey style BS calls to verify whose number it is. I used to do that for a living, I know what I'm telling you. This is a skip tracking operation for a collection agency.
Yes, got this call today 3/5/2013 on a land line. I answered due to curiosity. They had called before and I didn't answer it. Said they were calling about my Microsoft computer (don't have one-only Macs) and the voice was mail with heavy East Indian type accent. I told them to remove my name and never call again. Guess I need some type of blocker.

These jerks have called me like 10 times in a month now. HOW DO I MAKE THEM STOP!?!? they are very insistant and rude.
I got a call from this number on my buinsess cell. My Wife answered and the guy said he wants to fvck her and so on.... I took the phone and he said he wants to fvck my wofe and so on. I told him it wa a business line he called and it was recording....he hung up....
Just got a call - answered it and the guy stated that he was with Microsoft and was concerned that my computer was downloading corrupted files. I asked him who with MS and he said a partner. I pushed and he kept insisting I get in front of a pc. I asked which MS partner as he was unlucky (I'm a manager at MS) and he immediately hung up
