Received call from this # on cell phone. My cell is on National Do Not Call List. When I answered, no one said anything.
The DO NOt Call Reg. IS BULL Sh_ _! I think they work for the callers. Has anyone ever received any money from the scammers?
Recieved this call and I know no one in that area----a "no name" ID showed up and I didn't bother to call back. Yes, red flag for a scam.
I received a call from (202) 210-0054 DC, USA whom identified himself with thick Indian accent as as Calvin from US Immigration. When I asked where did he say he was from, he paused then hung up. We love to harass them back by asking for their home phone, cell and address. We even try to mock their accents and try to trade camels and donkeys with them. They get soo frustrated. Great way to have a good laugh with others in our office when calls like that come in.
He has called me several of my friends. Cursing at us and going on at us. My number is on the do not call registery and it will be reported
Your caller is a voIP scammer. They could care less about who is on the DNC. Since the DNC is just a "List" of people, there is no ability to mechanically block or screen anyone's calls...
You don't even have a clue what the DNC is, what it is for, or how it is administered. Why don't you go to the FTC site and read....learn something so that you can post intelligently..} Has anyone ever received any money from scammers?That is borderline stupid..

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
