Rec'd call a few minutes ago. HEAVY Indian accent. She started to speak and I interrupted and said, repeat yourself, please, because I can't understand a word you're saying. She hung up. Will report # and add to my blocked call list.

Was informed I was selected by "U.S. Government" to receive 9000 dollars. As one of 15 selected every year to receive the amount all I needed to do was choose one of two options to collect the money. Option one: was to have it directly deposited into my checking or savings account (presumably by giving my account information) the other was to load any credit card, debit card, or even walmart gift card (presumably by giving my card information). I demanded a third option in which I receive the money in stacks of one-dollar bills or a giant bag of pennies. This is when the line disconnected. What good is 9000 dollars if I can't hoist it over my shoulder like a cartoon bank robber?

they just keep calling my cell, no message left

I got the call and thought because I am applying for jobs, it might be the head office of one of the companies I contacted. Said hello several times, female caller said hello, then disconnected. I'm wondering if they are getting the numbers fed to them off the job websites? I've had 4 calls in 2 days from people who got my number from job search websites and I never clicked anything saying that I wanted calls from "affiliates".

caller stated i was going to get a 9000.00 grant, but it had to go to my bank account or a credit card.When i started questioning her, she hung up. she ahd a thick accent and did not know who she was speakingto.

Most recieved clls frm ths # wer said 2b placed by female cllr.A similar encounter hav bn made by male frm same #.Know this scam attempt is a dual effort by both male & female.Mayb a couple or siblings. Nonetheless, it is said to have bn reportd for investigation.
