This was a legitimate return call from Amazon.com answering an inquiry I had made online. I didn't answer the call (no name, only number on caller ID), but it was followed up almost immediately by an email with the answer to my inquiry. Very prompt, efficient customer service.
This is LEGIT, it is Amazon support. If you are an Amazon Seller they sometimes call to reply to your support log tickets.
