Yep he called me also what a idiot !

Got the same call today but did not answer because of caller ID. Checked the number and found this site. Thank you all for your insight. I am a senior citizen and have many friends that have been "taken in" by scams so am very wary.

Received scam call from Padpad Esperanz trying to claim Microsoft was authorizing him to help clean a virus from my computer. Obvious scam.

"Do Not Call" people are ignored by these scammers.You have to report them to THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.Please call The Federal Trade Commission. The more calls they get, the better chance of the scammers being shut down.

Call from Padpad Esperanz. Did not answer and they did not leave a message. I hit redial. As expected Not a Working Number. I don't doubt this is from some phony computer scammer saying a person's computer has a virus. When I get those types of calls, I pretend I'm going to do as they say. "Mam Mam, Go to your computer"...I say sure and would they please help me! However, I only lay the phone down and continue with whatever I'm doing leaving them dangling and waste their time thinking they have a fish on their evil hook.

"Frank" called saying Microsoft had received multiple error messages from my PC and he would show me how to fix them. I told him I was not at my home PC but at work. I emailed Microsoft to report the issue.209-631-2059 is not a working #.

I have been getting calls from 951-545-1307 and directly after, not even a minute later, I got a call from this number 209-631-2059. I wonder if the two are related? I pick-up/hang-up these numbers and then block them.

Called saying they were with windows 7 tech support and my computer had mega viruses. The person I was transferred to said his name was Mac and could give me the phone number to call back to tech support. Evrytime I asked for it he had an excuse not to give it to me at that moment. Tried to sell me a software pkg for 299.99 and still wouldn't give me the phone #. Said no I was not buying the pkg and he hung up.

Received call from "Microsoft" informing me that my computer was going to crash. I hung up. Caller I.D. PadPad Esperanz.

Jack, aka Mr. Patel of Bombay, India with a Central Valley California number calling to tell me that my Apple PC had a Microsoft virus, they really need a clue, get people without such HEAVY accents and who wants a stranger who is harassing them on the weekend to 'fix' anything?
