Picked up the phone and a recorded message came on stating that there was a restraining order, and my employer was going to be called and something about an order to show cause. The call shown on caller ID said "BLOCKED". But the recording said that the numbr was 216-644-1249. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC on this number.

I just received the same type call. I tried to call back but the in box was full. the told me the same stuff about a restraing order and calling my boss, I'm glad to know that there is no such thing. thanks for putting me at ease, i'm very glad to know that there is a place that we can go to check these things out'

Received call today, received 2 messages. Looking for Mike... don't know who this person is. Call back voice mail was full.

I just got a message from my employer saying these people left a message for me to call them and it's about a restraining order. I'm so embarrassed. I have been an educator in this district for over 19 years. I really wish it was a way to stop this MESS!!!!!!

i just recieved a call from this number, saying i need an attorney a complaint has been filed against me, they are going to verify my employment, need to appear cause and choice bond, don't know what for, they left a voicemail to call back, this comapany is a fraud don'y fall for it, they will try to call from other nubers as well, no one can't get arrested from owing money or warrant, contacted an attorney, this number and co. is fraud. be ware don;t give your money up, that easy, investigate them first.

I just got a call from an Indian man by the name of Thomas and he said that if I and or my attorney of records don't call back in 24 hours that I will be arrested and that they are going to contact my employer and the funny thing is that I am my own boss I work from home.

Same thing as everyone else. On Wednesday they called my cell phone under an "unknown number" and left a voicemail stating what everyone else has said -- 24 hours to call back, something about a restraining order blah, we will call your place of employment.. So Wednesday night, I filed complaints with Ohio Attorney General (where they are apparently located), Missouri Attorney General and the FTC (consumerfinance.gov). Yesterday, they did in fact call my employer 24 hours later, but it went to our receptionist/switchboard and left a message with them. Then my HR dept called me and let me know what had happen and I explained the situation and said I had NO idea what this call was for, I am assuming at debt collector according to all the reviews. Anyways, not sure what to do next. You cannot even talk to a real person unless you answer the phone and press 9 or something, but I haven't got that far yet. This company is illegal and makes no sense.

constanly calling harrasing me

I got a call from these people yesterday. They also called my girlfriend. I don't know whom these people are but I gave the number to the police. I know this is a scam. Also if debt collector calls your job and you tell them not too but they continue to call you away. That is against the law and these people can be arrested for this. I got alot of information about it. Anyone can go online to know your rights where debt collectors are concerned.

Received a call at my job from the same number 216-644-1249 about a restraining order against me. The male caller said they do not want to call my employer but that I have to call them with my lawyer's name. He said I will have to go to court if I don't call the number back with the information. It is so upsetting to receive these type of calls especially now when everyone is trying to make ends meet. The people who do these should be prosecuted.
