These people are calling phone. I have no idea who they are and why they are calling talking about I owe them money.

Just received a call from 216-644-1249 which was a recording saying that there was a restraining order against me and that if I didn't call within 24 hours they would call my employer. I have dealt with these people before, and its a scam. I didn't call back.

Contact your local Attorneys General Office who handle consumers complaints and file a complaint about these scum bags. Follow up with the federal trade commission FTC. They will do all the work for you.

Just received a call leaving this number as the call back #. Caller ID was 213-337-0014. and is from California. I Live in TEXAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! called the number back guess what the mailbox was full! They did not even leave a company name! I have had calls like this before. If you have received a payday loan before you will get these calls. I have gone as far as calling the Sheriffs department and having them call them to tell them to quit harassing me.!!

Contact your local Attorney General Office and file a complaint about them and they will handle it. You will have to send the scum bags a cease and deceased letter and send a copy of that letter to the Attorney General Office. You can find a sample copy online on how to write a cease and deceased letter. It is very simple and if they failed to stop the calls, you have to inform the Attorney General Office and they will file court papers on them to sue them. Also contact the government "No Call List" and have your number placed there so they will be sued for contacting you after you were legal notified by the "No Call List" It is a toll free number and you can list your cell and home phone with them.

Called said going to call employment. Said 5000 loan owed would take 500 to settle couldn't understand him. Leaves a message must have paid some American Guy to do.. Fake Fraud Beware.

I received a call also about a restraining order...I haven't stalked or harassed anyone.

I just recieved a phone call from LRS litigation. They told me they were going to come to my work, contact my employer and have me arrested for fraud. I am so nervous!! I dont know what to do....Please help!!

I just received a voicemail from this # stating they were going to contact my employer as a next step and that a restraining order would be placed on me unless I called back and appeared. ugh. When do the scams ever end?. Goodness gracious. I'm glad that I know better, but I feel bad for those that are vulnerable and taken for granted...that's why this continues...they actually get results. Poo on you! I'm sending healing energy and light out there.

I just go the same call about a restraining order, it does not sound right, but just to inform I do have payday loans out but it is being taking care of. There is help out there for people with 2 or more payday loans, these compainies are a fraud.
