I just got the same phone call saying the same things. Does anybody know where that comes from? I don't remember have any debts aout.

It used to be middle eastern people, and now its a recorded person who sounds american. It's a scam. People don't sue you over the phone. If they are sending you a court summons, it comes on a piece of paper. They don't call you and tell you that you have to come to court. And restraining orders are for people who are threats to people. You don't get restraining orders against you for avoiding somone... LOL.Scam scam scam.

call threatening to call Employer about legal action

I just received an electronic call from this so called litigation office. The caller pretty much threatened to take a restraining order out against me ( for what I do not know) From my experience having worked in the legal system they obviously do not know what a restraining order is. The caller claimed that I owed them money but no amount was given and they threatened to contact my employer. When you call the number back the inbox is full. The number that they were calling from is 3853133972 and the number they left to call back is 2166441249. This is obviously a scam and I would like to report it to the US authorities so that they can look into it.

I don't answer blocked numbers, but immediately searched the call back number left in the voicemail and found this. I know it's a scam, but I'd like to see them try to contact my employer... I've been unemployed for months. I also have never taken out any payday loans... It's been a year since any scammers have tried to contact me... I just wish they couldn't call cell phones, because we don't have a landline anymore

I got a call this morning threatening unspecified legal action - something about a restraining order and contacting employer. Does anybody know if this is a spam. This is ridiculos

I received a phone call just a few minutes ago and me Wifey did the call reverse online and it is a scam .the call is from Cleveland Ohio . they claim that I have some type of a restraining order against me on a dept collection ....they claim to be a collecting agency under LRS Litigation .making threats about calling my employer to verify my employment ..call come in as unknown and ask me to call back # 216-644-1249 . when I called the box is full and it says to leave a call back # ...do not give out any info to this scam ......

I received the same type of message as everyone else. I noticed they also use 216 273 6143, so this is not the only number used. The man stated I had a restraining order, there is only one person I would like to have a restraining order against and the police/immigration do nothing because she has become a ghost they do not know where this person is.I do not have a job so why threaten a restraining order on someone who's life has already been destroyed. Do not have payday loans, matter of fact that female from Ghana took everything from me. Wish I could find her then I would tell LRS Litigation where to go 'fetch' my money you dawg.

I also recieved 3 voicemail calls from this number saying that I am named in a protective order from someone. They also said they were going to call my place of employment to verify it. I don't remember harrassing anyone to get such an action against me. Maybe I did it in my sleep. Now that I have read the other posts I will make sure not to answer it.
