This def is group texting related. I was seriously about to make some accusations to my husband but read what some people were saying about group texts. It has only ever shown up when I know my husband (att and android) gets a group text. Some were with my fam. And they are always incoming only.
I've had the same issue for 2 days with this number on the usage but not on my phone. BOTH times were related to work group text messages. 10 workers were in the group text and that number showed up 10 times in a row, all in coming. On phone with ATT now and they are telling me its related to the group texts.
Does he have an android and you an iPhone? That's our case. And it only randomly shows up for him too in group messages.
Just about every text on our bill is from this number 30 in 15 mins. Called at and t and they googled it??? They have no clue.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
