I found 2 texts. On his web call log. Is it really cheating?

I thik it is caused by apps like Wickr; its an encrypted messaging app that deletes texts so they cannot be tracked. Kind of like snap chat.

288-256-4782!!!!!!! I Verified on my AT&T bill, on my wife's phone and my phone that this number appears ONLY after a group message has been sent or received. I too have been cheated on and this damn cell phone was the tool my wife used to cheat, so naturally my eyes zeroed in on this frequent unknown number that is unassigned to any state, so I figured it had to be a web based text. But to my surprise, i saw the same number pop up on my account. And I performed a test using group messaging to 2 friends and guess what, this 288# showed up on my account after the group message was sent. Hope this helps everyone, and it was a big relief to me to verify this is the case.

I'm not cheating and this number is on my phone bill HUNDREDS of times!! Pages and pages of it, and I've never actually gotten the first actual text message. It just shows up on my account/billing as texts. I don't look at porn and I'm not cheating LOL nor do I snoop in my boyfriends phone because I think that is wrong. If someone is doing something wrong, you'll find out about it soon enough. We tend to trust each other first. Either way, this occupies most of my billing texts, thank God I have unlimited, but I would still like to know how this got on my account.

Why is ot only on my husbands if its group messaging? ? It does not happen on my bill.

Mr Robot sure wants everyone to believe its group messaging. .. if it only on my husbands and not mine thats kinda weird right??? I think ur nervous about gretting caught or u would not be spaming this page with the same message over and over. If its group why is it only to his phone and not mine?

There is no way that this is the group text number identifier because if it were, I would have plenty more incidences of this number on my bill

Scam!! I had $17.00 of text (@.20 each) taken off my ATT bill - the text's never showed on my phone so I never new I was receiving them, until I went to pay my bill...the print-out showed all of these text messages (which I never saw) sent within seconds of each other...So, PLEASE don't blame your husband or significant other...although you may believe that they are cheating, this is not a circumstance that would prove or disprove that theory in your mind...in this case, this is just a text scam number - and I don't know what the sender gets out of this, because I never saw even one of the text sent to me...anyway, I blocked 288-256-4782 on my iPhone, so.....

This number does not exist if you call it. Text from this number comes in but you will not see it on your phone, HOWEVER, you will definitely see it on your bill. Which sucks for prepaid customers like me who get charged $0.20 per text when this number text 8 times a day.
