The FTC works to prevent fraudulent, deceptive and unfair business practices in the marketplace and to provide information to help consumers spot, stop and avoid them. To file a complaint or get free information on consumer issues, visit ftc.gov or call toll-free, 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357); TTY: 1-866-653-4261. Watch a video, How to File a Complaint, at ftc.gov/video to learn more. The FTC enters consumer complaints into the Consumer Sentinel Network, a secure online database and investigative tool used by hundreds of civil and criminal law enforcement agencies in the U.S. and abroad.
THese robo calls like 303-249-9700 just suck like the congressional members that support them for their paybacks do. Do not the pimp master FTC and FCC -- they stand in line too.
*** PLEASE READ THIS ***This is a robot call credit card consolidation company. Once they have your number, they will not stop calling you. Because they keep changing their number, the FTC is powerless to act. THE ONLY WAY TO GET THEM TO STOP CALLING is to push option #1, get connected with one of their telemarketers, and TAKE UP AS MUCH OF THEIR TIME AS POSSIBLE… Pretend you’re interested. Give them a fake name. If everyone on this board were to do this just once, it would cost them more than it’s worth and would put them out of business.
I used to get calls from this 303-249-9700 and also many others using "credit card services" and now these unwanted telemarketing calls have completely stopped. We got a Digitone Call Blocker - look it up on the Internet - it cost $100, but it is well worth it!!! Because we have had no unwanted, telemarket or "credit card services" call for over 6 months. Occasionally, when we do get a call they only call back once and never call back after that. Please check out this device, it is easy to use, The Washington Post wrote an article about it and highly recommended it. Best $100 we have ever spent. I am tell you check it out, people, stop living with the a******s and have peace and quiet and non-stressful days and nights in your own home. I do not have stock in the company - it is just a little box that has made our life in our own home great again!!!
I just got the call and have heard from them from the 920, 971, 612, 513, as well as the 303 area code. Having a smart phone I just add their latest number to an existing contact named SPAM and have given SPAM their own ring tone - ding. That's it, just ding :) Surprisingly enough they've used the same number more than once on me so I've been able to identify their call. I don't suppose I can stop them so I'll stop trying. I'm so glad to have found this site and learn that I'm not the only one who have tried to end their calls and have been treated rudely. Way to go!
I also just received same thing about 2 minutes ago, full mailbox and ive been on the fcc do not call list. I keep getting calls "if you received a letter from CARD SERVICES and want to speak to someone regarding lowering your credit card interest rates, press 1 now." I pressed 1 and when someone answered I asked what company and after several times asking, the person hung up on me. Very irritating and using my peak minutes on my cell phone!!!
I used 407-491-6422 for the call back number; the number for Broadstreet Holdings. Maybe they can call themselves!
