Got a second call from them, and now a text message. The text is from 70650 and asked me to call 866-459-9195. I called my cell phone service provider and asked them to put a block on this code, so hopefully I won't be getting more texts.I have also called BOA and reported these numbers as well. For a giggle, I called the number back (from a land line), and their cheap BOA imitation music was cracking me up. I'm thinking of calling back just to mess with them! LOL!
I just verified that it was in fact Bank of America calling that left me a voicemail.
Last person is a tool, if you call the number, they provide you with the 877 number to the fraud specialists, which is 877-833-5617.
i called the number on the back of my card for customer service, even though this number 315 724 4022 is actually on the back of my card i still was suspicious and had to make sure, talked to costumer service and it was confirmed that it IS a legit number to alert you about suspicious activity, and checks out ok with two of the costumer service people. no worries
I had a fraud charge which was declined by BoA. Next thing I know I had 5 calls from this number and an email and 3 texts. I called the number and they asked the last 4 digits of the card. Ok. Then they wanted my pin. No way!
I got a voicemail from this number, then an email from BofA. The call and the email came within 3 minutes of each other. They were both legitimate. They went through every transaction with me from the last week. It was all correct. The number you call is 1.877.833.5617. The 315 number is a number the fraud department calls FROM. I did do unusual transactions (for me) and were what their system considered "suspicious". I was out of town, too, not at the usual places I shop and bank. I actually appreciate that they contacted me.
tip to anyone who is doubting this number, on very new cards its actually on the back of the card right under the customer service number, should say something like for non US call this number listed. id never trust any website for info, because thats just plain stupid. called customer service they confirmed that they called me from that number. but id recomend just calling the costomer service number and asking if 315 724 4022 is a real number, they told me it is "legit" but im sure youd feel better checking for yourself, so just call your service number and if they say it is their number you can choose to believe them or not.
Interesting that we have been notified of & confirmed fraud on our acct today and then got a call from this # like they've got some connection to the fraud itself.
BofA notifications for debit card possible fraud

Caller said they were from FNBO and wanted to verify information about a credit increase/application. I hung up because I have not applied for any credit or credit line increases.
Annoying Calls on my cell.
Have gotten almost a dozen calls from this number in the last two days. Hispanic speaker, when they speak. Men, women, even children in the background on one call. Finally, blocked the number.
