I have just received my Visa bill that contains a charge for Paypal "WirelessEmp" 402-935-7733 CA. This is apparently a paypal account. I did not authorize this

This phone number is part of a FRAUD charge to one of our business cards. I checked our PP and have had NO transactions of any type for the past 6 months.It is FRAUD .. I reported it to the bank, the credit card company and the Attorney General, Oregon state

402-935-7733 was listed on my amex card and said MARK PAYPAL. I don't use my corp card for anything except corp travel, so how besides hacking into amex or on wi-fi in the airport did they get my card number?

This number appeared on my bank statement, and in a moment of absentmindedness I forgot that I had used Paypal a few hours prior and got pretty pissed off pretty quickly. I use Paypal all the time, and this is one of their legitimate numbers. I've had some fraud experiences in the past with Paypal, but they're always good about thoroughly investigating and make full refunds when necessary. Paypal is good people.

I got call from this number twice today.Lately i bought some stuff on ebay using pay pal.Will my payment go through even if i will not respond this call?

This is a test used by scam artists. They charge your account for 1.00 to see if the card will allow the transaction. Once they know it will....they have all of the info to make other transactions on the card.

It may be paypal, but they called me at 4:14 AM and didn't even leave a message. Just left about 15 seconds of silence on my voicemail. # is based out of Omaha, NE

PAYPAL 4029357733 CACA charged 1.50 to my credit card, then I got an attempted charge from PAYPAL *VEOSMXAG824 4029357733 CACA for 193.92!!!! Who the heck do I call about that besides my Credit Card Co!?!?!?

No calls from this number, but noticed a $155 charge on my AMEX, which isn't even linked to my paypal credit card or paypal overdraft account. I had the same run around when I called the number, but was finally able to get an agent. I was asked to enter the last 4 digits of my SSN, which I didn't do (but had to enter 0000 to get past the menu).The charge was legit, as it was something I bought through someone that uses paypal to handle transactions, but takes other credit cards.

Paypal called me at this number to verify that I had authorized the transactions on my account. Actually, it's nice to know they do that, since it was a fairly large amount of money and I would want to know if anything was happening without my knowledge.
