I get phone calls from this number every other number. I don't have any outstanding bills and not only do they not leave a message, but when I answer it's always hung up. I just blocked their number, it's a scam. Why not talk to me if you need something from me when I answer? Reminds me of when I was stalked through the phone, checking phone answering patterns, et cetera.
This number called me 15 minutes ago. When I called back it was "Municipal Services Bureau." I went through to ask questions and told the guy that this number used to belong to a business and I've had the number 2 years and am on a do not call list. He said he'd remove the number from the account.
They called me this evening, and when I answered all I heard was classical "hold" music. I waited for a minute before I hung up and no one ever came on the line. I find it rude to not be on your end of the call when you call someone.
ditto on Regina (above poster)....answered, got nothing but very shrill, loud classical music. Don't know what the heck these clowns want but I'm pretty sure I'm not dumb enough to give it to them. I have no traffic tickets and have never even been to Texas. never mind lived there.....and I've had this cell number for 6 years. Definitely a scam.....
