In relation to "Do Not Call" laws, I don't believe it's legal to call someones cell phone unless you have their written consent, even if their is a prior business relationship. This seems to be a growing trend, as I now I have two numbers to report to the FTC. :>)
I have gotten calls from these people for the past five days. Next time they call, I will let them have it. I'm gonna give them an earful. If they continue to, I will keep on giving them an earful til they stop. Already reported them to BBB and FTC.
I started recieving calls today from this number but they never leave a message. If they can't leave a message then I don't need to talk to them.
A "lady" Called me on my cell and abruptly asked if this was a certain person . It was not ,so I told her she had the wrong number. The lady got mean and stated she was recording the call and "am I stating I am not that person". I asked her who she was and she got meaner and stated "I am only advising you of your rights". I hung up the phone.
this number calls me at least 5 times a day, they do not leave a message and they do not know who they are even calling, ive had this before happen to me from another number and they are rude and they use foul language. landline receives texting and you can text them crazyyyyy. its too bad y0u cant block numbers on cell phones yet.
Got a call from this number, called it back and a lady answered and said it was a personal matter. First of all the phone number they called me on is not even under my name so i dont know how they got the number. Sounds very disturbing and scandelous. Be careful and dont give any personal info out.

Got my name wrong, no where near close to the person they're trying to scam/contact. Call came from North Texas, left no company name, nothing. Shady asf, 888 area code is commonly used by scammers so this may not be legit.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.
